The book is designed as a meditation work book to help man make this quantum jump from earth to heaven. Friends come together with like minded people to do a meditation and spiritual awakening class. One paragraph is read then the comments are read to stimulate the discussion. Then everyone meditates on the quote and anyone who wants to can share their ideas and thoughts. It is true that a person alone can study and use this book and meditate with a wonderful result, however in my own experience in over 70 countries and hundreds of classes (that if approached with an open mind) with a group of 10 to 20 people the outcome is a much deeper mystical experience.
