In their hands they had guns, knives, clubs and broken bottles. Their leader announced "Our bishop has told us that you are the monsters referred to in the Bible that have come to eat our children. No one is going to eat our children because we are going to kill you." The teaching team captain walked up and faced the leader and asked "Would you mind if we said our prayers and had coffee first?" The leader replied "Go ahead and have your prayers and coffee, it doesn't matter, no one will leave here alive anyway. Anyone who eats children should say prayers." The Baha'is sat down and prayed, and the villagers bowed their heads and listened. When the coffee was ready, the team captain offered the first cups to the villagers. All the men put down their weapons, sat down and shared coffee with the teaching team. The village leader asked "You are such nice people! How is it possible that you eat children?"
